Excellent personal trainer. Richard understands your fitness needs and tailors a programme to get results. No training session is the same, although they are all hard work! I must have had around 4 to 5 months weights training with Richard & have definitely seen the benefits in strength and body shape improvement. I'd also recommend boxing training with Richard if you fancy a tough session!

Can't recommend Richard highly enough. I've seen big changes in my body shape for the first time in years, and couldn't be happier. Richard does indeed make you work, but the high afterwards and the results make it all worthwhile. I've always been nervous about the idea of working with a personal trainer, imagining it would be humiliating and embarrassing but Richard is professional, always able to motivate and worth every penny. Exercise now feels like a normal part of life, something to look forward to, rather than a chore and I only wish I'd done this years ago. Lifechanging.

I used Richard because I was looking for a structured and controlled way to get back into a proper training regime, with a bit of added motivation from a large square person; he came highly recommended from other people at the gym. It was money and time well spent, and I intend to come back to training with him in the New Year. The sessions are bl**dy hard work and I can honestly say every single one has left me completely knackered (but importantly not broken and able to come back for more), but have moved me on much further than I could have done on my own.

If you want to lose weight and change your shape forever, then I can recommend training with Richard. After 30 years of dieting, always regaining what I had lost plus a bit more, I realised that diets just don't work in the long term. Since training with Richard, I have lost 3 stone, gone from size 20 trousers to size 14, and the best thing is that I have kept it off for a couple of years now. I'm fitter, happier, healthier and more confident. Going to gym is part of my life now. Richard makes me work very hard but it's worth it for the results!
