           TABATA TRAINING

 

A 30 MINUTE Hi Intensity Workout. HIIT Training at its best. The Ultimate Fatburner.

£300 for 20 sessions of 30 minutes

           WEIGHT TRAINING / BODYBUILDING

For both Men and Women
60 Minutes perfecting technique shaping, sculpting and building the body.

Using free weights and machines covering the whole body in 1 hour.

 

£300 for 10 sessions of 1 hour

£400 for 15 sessions of 1 hour

 

 

           BOXING FITNESS AND TECHNIQUE

 

45 Minutes of Non Stop boxing fitness and technique. Learning the basics with pad work and sparring routines. You will throw 1000+ punches in this session ! 

 

£250 for 10 sessions of 45 minutes

£300 for 15 sessions of 45 minutes

           GENERAL FITNESS PROGRAM TO IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH, FITNESS AND BODY SHAPE 

 

A good mix of all of my selected disciplines. Circuit Training, Boot Camp Fitness, Weight Training, TABATA, Boxing, Body Weight, Spartan Workouts etc.

           SPARTAN WORKOUT / CROSSFIT

 

The aim of this program is to gradually improve your speed and time and also your lifting weight, agility and endurance. Hi intensity workout improving your fitness to the highest level.  A selection of weights/body weight and machine exercises.
